Overview:
We’re looking for a creative Content Writer to join our training and development team. You’ll produce engaging training materials that help teams learn new processes, skills, and operational standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll write, design, and create content from start to finish—turning complex information into clear, practical guides that people actually use.
What You’ll Do:
• Create training content across multiple formats—videos, written guides, interactive learning modules, and visual job aids
• Write clear, audience-focused documentation for process rollouts, procedural updates, and team training materials
• Design visual guides and reference materials using design tools
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality
• Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure content is practical and effective
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand operational needs and translate them into training solutions
Skills/background needed:
• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, content production, training development, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated ability)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign
• Strong writing skills—you can make complex information clear and concise
• Self-starter mentality—you identify what needs doing and take ownership
• Ability to manage timelines and adapt when priorities shift
• Enthusiasm for helping others learn and succeed
• No prior experience in any specific industry required; we provide full training
Contract length: Ongoing, full-time position
