About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Copy Editor to join our on-site team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing, refining, and perfecting content across print and digital platforms. Your work will help ensure that all materials—from product pages and packaging to emails, blogs, and social content—are clear, consistent, error-free, and aligned with brand voice.

As a Copy Editor, you will:

• Proofread, edit, and review content across a wide variety of materials including product listings, packaging, manuals, blogs, emails, and social media posts

• Conduct final reviews of campaigns to ensure consistent messaging, correct errors, and maintain high editorial quality

• Rewrite and restructure marketing and technical content to improve clarity and readability while preserving the intended meaning

• Maintain and update internal style guides and editing standards

• Work with marketing, design, legal, and product teams to ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines

• Provide constructive feedback to writers and content creators

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in editing and publishing

• Monitor marketing language and phrasing across all platforms to ensure consistency

• Collaborate with teams across different departments and locations to support global content uniformity

Skills/background needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

• 5–8 years of professional editing experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise)

• Experience editing packaging content and product detail page materials

• Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and editorial best practices

• Familiarity with major style guides such as AP Stylebook or Chicago Manual of Style

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, content review platforms, and video review tools

• Understanding of marketing strategy, SEO principles, and user experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with Adobe creative tools is a plus

• Previous experience in digital marketing or marketing-related roles is a plus
