About This Role
We’re looking for a talented Copywriter and Creative Director to join our team. You’ll develop compelling campaign ideas, mentor junior writers and designers, and help shape the creative direction of luxury brand campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hybrid position based in New York, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as part of our collaborative creative team.
What You’ll Do
• Develop creative concepts and lead campaign ideation from initial brainstorm through final execution
• Write sophisticated, emotionally resonant copy for luxury brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Present creative ideas to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Mentor and support junior copywriters and designers, fostering a collaborative creative environment
• Manage project timelines and ensure all work meets quality standards from concept to delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and strategic creative partnership
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting and creative campaign work
• Experience in luxury, premium, or automotive sectors preferred, but not required
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and mentor junior talent
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
