About the Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our creative team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is an on-call position where you’ll work 15–40 hours per week on a schedule arranged in advance with your manager. You’ll support our writing team by creating compelling copy for marketing campaigns, emails, website content, and promotional materials across multiple product categories.
You’ll work closely with designers, creative directors, and marketing stakeholders to translate brand strategy into engaging messaging for digital and print channels. Your role will be key to maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring all copy meets campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
What You’ll Do
• Create copy for marketing campaigns, promotional emails, banner ads, website content, blog posts, gift guides, direct mail, and in-store signage
• Collaborate with designers and brand teams to ensure copy and design work together effectively
• Develop copy concepts that work across multiple channels—digital, email, print, and in-store
• Present copy strategy and deliver channel-specific creative assets
• Contribute to editorial emails and special creative initiatives
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Skills/background needed: Copywriting experience in a retail, marketing, or creative environment; strong written English skills with excellent spelling and grammar; ability to develop copy concepts for digital and print channels; comfortable working to tight deadlines; collaborative, adaptable, and creative problem-solving mindset. A portfolio of writing samples is required.
Location: Fully remote position—work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Contract length: On-call, part-time, ongoing.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Work Environment
This role involves working at a computer for extended periods. You’ll need a comfortable setup with reliable internet access to attend video calls and collaborate with the team online.
