About the Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey. You’ll guide them smoothly from the sales stage through successful setup, ensuring all their needs are met and every milestone is hit on time.

Your day-to-day will involve managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, collecting required documentation, scheduling virtual meetings, and reviewing work for accuracy. You’ll act as a supportive guide, helping clients understand processes and resources while keeping detailed records of progress and providing feedback to help the team continuously improve.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of new clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout onboarding
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Collect and organize documents and information required for client setup
• Coordinate timelines and key milestones with internal partners and external vendors
• Facilitate virtual meetings to review progress and address outstanding items
• Guide clients through submission processes and review work for accuracy
• Conduct client training on systems, services, and resources
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on onboarding activity
• Identify and resolve issues early through proactive problem-solving
• Work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
