This is a great entry-level opportunity where you’ll receive full training and work alongside a supportive team. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What you’ll be doing:
• Respond to inquiries, phone calls, and emails from contacts in a friendly and professional manner
• Help resolve concerns and complaints by investigating and finding positive solutions
• Onboard new partners and provide training on processes and expectations
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation stays up to date
• Work with other departments to solve problems and support business objectives
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Learn continuously through team meetings, training, and feedback
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email
• Strong communication skills – able to write clearly, speak confidently, and listen carefully
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• A team player who can work well with others and interact professionally with all contacts
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make good decisions quickly
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Reliable and committed to regular attendance
• A willingness to learn and grow in your role
What we offer:
• Fully remote position – work from home and maintain a flexible schedule
• Full training provided, no prior experience required
• A supportive, collaborative team environment
• Opportunities to develop professional skills and grow within the role
• Structured onboarding to help you succeed from day one
