We’re looking for a Customer Service Ambassador who brings genuine passion for guest care and a proactive approach to service and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is committed to creating memorable experiences and is comfortable taking ownership of service opportunities from start to finish.
In this role, you will leverage customer data to identify guest needs, resolve concerns, and deliver seamless support. You will work as part of a highly collaborative team dedicated to upholding service standards and ensuring that every interaction reflects high-quality customer care.

• Proactively greet and support guests in key service areas
• Make decisions in accordance with established guidelines
• Handle challenging situations in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain close relationships with customers to build loyalty
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including coordinating arrangements
• Work seamlessly with team members across departments to deliver superior customer experience
• Identify and resolve service issues quickly, taking immediate action to improve guest satisfaction
• Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and company policies
• Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve services
• Communicate programmes and services clearly to relevant team members
• Stay informed of property developments and industry updates
• Provide consistent, polite, timely, and accurate information to all guests
Skills/background needed:
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or account management roles (luxury service experience preferred, but not required)
• Ability to think independently and maximise customer satisfaction
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
• Comfort with customer service systems and computer equipment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service mindset with passion for exceeding expectations
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Multilingual skills preferred
