Roles: Customer Service Chat Representative
Contract length: Full-time, permanent

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly voice between our customers and our team, handling all customer service and support questions through live chat. Your role is to ensure every customer has a positive experience and feels heard and supported.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and work toward fair, helpful solutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Remain calm and professional, even during challenging conversations
- Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate team members
- Help customers understand products, services, and company policies
- Build positive relationships with every customer you interact with
- Provide regular updates to your manager on customer feedback and trends
- Perform additional tasks as requested by your team
What You Have
We’re looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Outstanding customer service skills and genuine care for helping others
- Excellent written communication – you explain things clearly and kindly in writing
- A professional, friendly attitude that puts customers at ease
- The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Basic proficiency with computers and typing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Google Docs is helpful but not required
Your Education and Experience
You’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
- Prior customer service experience is a bonus but absolutely not required – we train everyone from scratch
