Are you ready to help customers and build loyalty through excellent service? We’re looking for entry-level chat support agents to join our team and handle customer inquiries about rental services worldwide.
This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home, responding to customer questions before, during, and after their rental experience. You’ll resolve issues, explain policies clearly, and work toward solutions that keep customers satisfied and loyal to our brand.
What you’ll do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and building loyalty
- Listen carefully to customer complaints, identify the root cause, and explain the best solution
- Provide accurate information about rental terms, conditions, and policies
- Enter customer data accurately into systems to maintain proper records and ensure compliance with service standards
- Aim to meet customer satisfaction goals and handle customer objections professionally
- Participate in special projects or additional duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
Skills and background needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to stay calm and positive while handling complex customer issues
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including email and word processing software
- Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to participate actively in online training sessions
- For work-from-home roles: a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Note: No prior customer service experience is required. We provide full training to get you up to speed.
