About The Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone ready to build a career in customer support.
In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries via phone, respond to requests, research information to resolve issues, and maintain quality standards. You’ll work closely with your team and supervisors to ensure customers receive the support they need. No prior experience is required – we provide full training to get you up to speed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Research information and records to resolve customer issues
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Manage your time to meet turnaround deadlines
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors
• Handle confidential customer information securely
• Support process improvement initiatives
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and emails in English
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly on a headset
• Comfortable working on a Windows PC and using basic software
• Ability to listen and type at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stay focused and make sound decisions quickly
• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
• Available for different shift schedules, including non-traditional hours
Experience in customer service or claims is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you on everything else.
