About The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver friendly, helpful support to customers via phone and chat. You’ll assist with orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues promptly. No prior experience is required – we provide full training to get you started.
The Schedule: This is a seasonal, fully remote position. Full-time hours (40 hours per week) are preferred, though candidates available for 30+ hours per week may be considered. The role includes one evening shift per week and three weekend shifts per month. Start dates are staggered and run for up to 20 weeks.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls and manage order creation and modifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues quickly
- Use problem-solving skills to help customers on the first contact whenever possible
- Communicate clearly with team members using team chat tools
- Share your knowledge about products and company values with customers
Skills/Background Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in busy situations
- Comfort working as part of a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs
