About this role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is an entry-level position designed to help you build customer service skills from day one, with full training provided. You’ll work from home, take inbound calls, and help customers with their inquiries in a supportive, professional environment.
What you will do:
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide support following company best practices and call scripts
• Assist customers by gathering information and documenting their inquiries accurately
• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including any complaints or comments
• Provide helpful and timely answers to customer questions
• Update customer records in the system as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
• Support the team with other tasks as needed
What you’ll bring:
• Strong listening skills and the ability to give full attention to customers
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• A willingness to help others and work as part of a team
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or GED
