We’re looking for a customer service representative to join our team and deliver excellent support to our customers through chat, email, and voice interactions. In this role, you’ll help resolve customer issues on the first contact, handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide friendly, professional service every time.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. We’re seeking someone with strong communication skills, a genuine interest in helping customers, and the ability to follow processes consistently. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your performance matters, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills from day one.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a focus on solving their problem the first time• Handle billing questions, process payments, and set up payment arrangements• Manage customer complaints professionally and follow up to ensure satisfaction• Stay up to date with company systems, policies, and procedures• Work with other departments to resolve complex customer issues• Identify opportunities to help customers learn about additional services• Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or GED• Previous customer service, billing, or collections experience is helpful but not required• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs• Empathy and patience when working with customers• Negotiation skills to help resolve payment issues• Comfort working in a fast-paced, metric-focused environment• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer throughout the day
