What you’ll be responsible for:
In this live chat support role, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming messages through website chat tools and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, sharing relevant product information, and promoting available special offers.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to manage chat platforms and web-based communication. Self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision are essential. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. A minimum of 5+ weekly hours available. Stable, dependable internet access required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection (based in the United States preferred).
