We’re looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll help clients get the most out of our products and services, acting as their trusted point of contact for support and strategic guidance.
What you’ll do:
• Work closely with account teams to understand client goals and help drive product adoption
• Guide clients through onboarding and system setup, answering questions and providing ongoing support
• Review client performance metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for success
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and gather feedback for product improvements
• Create and share regular performance reports to keep clients informed and engaged
• Support overall account health by building strong relationships and addressing client concerns proactively
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma, relevant work experience, or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships
• Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborate effectively
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly

• Experience with productivity or automation tools
• Familiarity with data compliance and process workflows
• Previous customer success or account management experience
• Experience supporting public sector or government clients
