About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you’ll help customers get the most value from their experience with us. You’ll manage customer relationships, track their progress, and identify opportunities to support their growth. No prior experience is required – we provide full training.
What you will do:
• Support customers throughout their journey and help them achieve their goals
• Track customer interactions and keep detailed records in our system
• Monitor customer growth and engagement with our platform
• Meet customer satisfaction and retention targets
• Work with sales teams to identify new opportunities for existing customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve common issues
• Provide feedback to help improve our service
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Active listening and empathy when working with clients
• Ability to work independently and resolve routine issues
• Comfort with analysing data and identifying patterns
• Willingness to collaborate across teams and share knowledge
• Reliability and flexibility to meet customer needs
• No degree or prior experience required – we train you from the ground up
Availability:
This is a fully remote, flexible role. Working hours may vary based on customer needs and business milestones. Occasional travel may be required.
