Role Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll support policy holders and agents by responding to calls, emails, and web chat to ensure their concerns are resolved quickly and effectively. This is an entry-level role with full training provided—no prior experience required.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and follow up with anyone who left a voicemail
Respond to customer emails and manage inquiries
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions using our ticketing system
Listen carefully and offer solutions to customer concerns
Handle sensitive personal information with confidentiality and care
Assist with tasks across multiple computer systems
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Skills/Background Needed
Fluent spoken and written communication in Portuguese (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using email, phone systems, and learning new software
Ability to stay calm and help resolve customer concerns
Experience in customer service roles or financial services is helpful but not required
Willingness to work on-site and spend extended periods at a desk
Physical Requirements
This role involves sitting at a desk for extended periods, using a headset, keyboard, and mouse. You may occasionally need to move around the office for meetings or to access shared equipment.
