Customer Support Representative (Entry Level, Full Time)

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and partners who reach out to our support team. You’ll answer inquiries, document concerns, coordinate service requests, and ensure issues get routed to the right teams for resolution.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for inbound customer and vendor inquiries
• Professionally assist customers with service-related concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Create, manage, and close support tickets while ensuring data accuracy
• Gather relevant information and route inquiries to the appropriate teams
• Coordinate with internal departments and service providers to resolve issues
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication via multiple channels
• Monitor email inboxes and respond within service level expectations
• Follow established processes and escalation procedures
• Manage difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Use multiple systems simultaneously to research and support inquiries
• Balance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on open cases to ensure proper resolution
• Participate in training and continuous learning activities
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and adherence to your assigned schedule

Schedule & Work Environment:

This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll work assigned shifts based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll be part of a 24/7 operational support environment and should be flexible with scheduling as business needs change. Full training will be provided to set you up for success.

Skills/background needed:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Strong listening skills and ability to document information accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attendance record and commitment to reliability

Preferred Experience:

• Previous call center or contact center experience
• Experience supporting customers by phone, email, or chat
• Experience handling escalated customer concerns
• Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
