Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts through accurate data entry, updating information in systems, and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and available options to enhance their experience
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every caller feels valued and understood

Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training for all new team members. You should have:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using computer applications and learning new systems
- Strong writing skills for clear documentation
- Quick thinking and problem-solving ability
- A friendly, patient approach to helping others
Bilingual abilities and previous customer service experience are a plus, but not required.
