We’re looking for an entry-level Data Analyst to join our team and help build and maintain reporting solutions that support business decision-making. You’ll work with teams across the organisation to understand their analytical needs, then create dashboards, reports, and data solutions that turn complex information into actionable insights.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll develop your skills in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence while working on real projects that make a direct impact on business strategy and operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Analyse datasets to identify trends and deliver insights that support business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using standard business intelligence tools
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation for your analytical work and reporting solutions
• Work with different teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Validate data accuracy and quality to ensure insights are reliable
• Support colleagues with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
• Attend meetings and training to stay informed of new requirements and build your technical knowledge
Skills/background needed:
• Comfort working with data and databases (we’ll teach you the specific tools)
• Experience with Excel (or willingness to learn advanced features quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques quickly
• Relevant degree or experience in business, marketing, or analytics is helpful but not essential
