Role: Digital Content Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to manage the publishing and distribution of digital content across multiple client accounts.
This is not a content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, or marketing strategy position. Our creative team develops the content and marketing assets. You will be responsible for making sure that content is accurately scheduled, published, distributed, and tracked across the appropriate platforms.
This role is a critical part of our operations. We work with a high volume of social media content, videos, graphics, blogs, and other digital assets, and you will ensure that nothing gets missed.
What You’ll Do
• Schedule and publish approved social media content across multiple client accounts
• Upload and publish blog content and other website updates
• Distribute video content across applicable digital platforms
• Follow detailed publishing instructions and deadlines
• Ensure captions, links, tags, locations, assets, and publishing dates are accurate
• Verify that content marked as scheduled has actually been scheduled correctly
• Confirm that scheduled content publishes successfully
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date task statuses in your project management system
• Track outstanding content and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain organized client accounts, publishing calendars, folders, and platform access
• Identify missing information or assets before deadlines become an issue
• Perform routine reviews of client platforms to ensure content has not been missed
• Coordinate with creative and account management teams when clarification or additional assets are needed
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a large number of small but important tasks at once.
You may be a strong fit for this position if you:
• Enjoy checklists, systems, calendars, and organized workflows
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Are comfortable working across multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Double-check your work before marking a task complete
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Are comfortable performing repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• Can follow detailed instructions without overlooking small details
• Are proactive about catching errors and missing information
• Are comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with a team
• Understand that accuracy and follow-through are just as important as speed
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If…
You are primarily looking for a position focused on content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, creative direction, social media strategy, or campaign development. While you will work closely with creative and marketing teams, the primary focus of this position is content publishing, distribution, organization, and execution.
