We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to help tell compelling stories and expand brand visibility across multiple platforms.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys transforming visually compelling projects into engaging digital content. You will develop social media posts, website articles, email campaigns, project photography, and other marketing materials while helping strengthen search visibility, generate qualified leads, and build meaningful connections with audiences.
The successful candidate will combine strong writing and visual instincts with practical knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, SEO, and paid advertising.
What You’ll Do
Content and Brand Storytelling
Develop engaging content that highlights projects, services, and behind-the-scenes processes. Write and edit website articles, project highlights, case studies, social media captions, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Adapt content for different audiences and brand voices. Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across multiple platforms and websites. Coordinate with teams to identify projects, photograph work, gather information, and develop accurate stories. Photograph and edit projects for websites, social media, email, and promotional materials. Organize and maintain a searchable library of digital images and marketing assets.
Social Media and Community Engagement
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement. Grow brand awareness and cultivate relationships with audiences. Track platform performance and use insights to improve future content.
Websites, SEO, and Lead Generation
Create, edit, and publish content on WordPress websites. Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, page titles, metadata, internal linking, and image optimization. Update service pages, portfolios, project galleries, and website content. Help improve local search visibility and maintain accurate business profiles. Collaborate with leadership to create content that attracts qualified inquiries. Monitor website forms and conversion activity to understand which campaigns generate leads.
Advertising and Performance Reporting
Assist with or manage paid search and social campaigns. Develop campaign copy, creative assets, and landing-page content. Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and conversions. Use analytics tools to evaluate results. Prepare performance reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Development
Help identify new opportunities for partnerships and audience growth. Stay current with changes in digital platforms, search behavior, content formats, and marketing technology. Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully for research, editing, and workflow efficiency while maintaining accuracy and brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Experience managing professional social media accounts. Working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable content-management system. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website content optimization. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Proficiency with image-editing and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and publishing schedules. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Good judgment when handling confidential materials.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid-advertising platforms. Experience with email-marketing platforms such as Mailchimp. Photography and video-production skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience with local SEO and lead-conversion tracking. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
