Digital Marketing Coordinator – Social Media, Entry Level

About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll manage and create content across social media platforms, build brand awareness, engage with customers, and help drive traffic and leads. This is a great entry-level position where you’ll develop social media strategies, create engaging content, and learn how to measure what works through analytics and insights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others

• Create engaging content including images, videos, and written posts to promote services, products, promotions, and events

• Monitor social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to build a positive online community

• Track and analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to assess campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall company goals

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep our online presence competitive

• Coordinate paid social media campaigns, including managing budgets and tracking performance

• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels

• Take photos and videos of products, customers, and team members

• Appear on camera for photos, videos, and promotional content as needed

• Audit accounts regularly for inappropriate comments and errors

• Work closely with team members and management to create focused content for specific products and campaigns

• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms

• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide insights

• Creativity and adaptability in managing multiple social media channels

• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software such as Canva

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Photography or videography experience is a plus

• Excellent multitasking and time management skills

• Self-motivated and willing to learn new programs and techniques

Education and experience:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided

Physical requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on computers

• Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds

• Ability to travel as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license required

• Pass a background check and drug test

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work as needed

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-time, permanent role
