Summary: We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. You’ll oversee digital channels including email, social media, website content, search engine optimization, paid advertising, and performance analytics. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling, data-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution and analytical problem-solving.
What you’ll be doing:
Email Marketing
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, customer retention, and loyalty programmes. Segment audiences, manage automation workflows, and personalize content for targeted campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and optimize for engagement.
Content Marketing
Plan, write, and manage blog posts, website content, and digital storytelling that align with brand messaging. Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce multimedia content for web and social channels. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, on-brand, and tailored for your audience.
Search and Website Optimization
Develop and execute search engine optimization strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic. Manage paid search campaigns and optimize for return on investment and performance goals. Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improvements.
Display and Programmatic Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize display and programmatic ad campaigns across relevant networks and platforms. Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure proper campaign targeting, creative, and budget management. Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Social Media and Engagement
Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms. Monitor and respond to online engagement in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on all digital marketing campaigns and website performance using analytics tools. Develop insights to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and support growth. Present performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Team and Vendor Collaboration
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy. Provide guidance on digital best practices to colleagues as needed.
General Responsibilities
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand standards and regulations. Support on-site events during various hours to capture photos, video, and content for marketing campaigns. Support real-time social media coverage during events and promotions. Other duties as assigned.

Skills/background needed:
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered. Experience managing email campaigns, content marketing, search engine optimization, paid search, social media, display advertising, and analytics is valued. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools is helpful.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and platforms is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. You should have an analytical mindset, strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and digital advertising platforms is required. You must be able to maintain confidential information with professionalism and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Local on-site positions available.
What to expect: This is an on-site position based at the workplace. Your role will require regular in-person collaboration with marketing, promotions, and operational teams, as well as on-site support for events and time-sensitive campaign work. You may work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on business and event needs. The work environment may involve varied settings, including exposure to natural elements and event-related conditions. Standard office physical requirements apply, including sitting and keyboarding. You must also be able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds. You’ll attend all mandatory meetings, training, and development sessions.
