About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to teach English reading and writing to students aged 5 to 17 online. You’ll deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to each student’s needs, help build their literacy skills, and work one-on-one or with small groups in a fully remote setting.
What You’ll Do:
Lead online classes in English reading, writing, and communication skills. Develop lesson plans suited to students’ individual learning goals. Deliver high-quality educational content using interactive teaching methods. Communicate regularly with the education team and maintain records of student progress. Manage small class groups (1–5 students) with professionalism and patience.
Skills/Background Needed:
A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in education, child development, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience teaching English online or in a classroom setting is valued, though not always required. Comfort with online video platforms like Zoom is essential. Strong communication skills, patience with learners of different ages, and the ability to adapt lessons to individual needs are important. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
