Roles: We are looking for beginner-friendly Automotive Service Writers to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role where you will learn to prepare service estimates, explain repairs clearly, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
What You’ll Do:
Write and manage repair orders from start to finish. Build accurate estimates and communicate recommendations in a clear, friendly way. Coordinate with technicians and team members, follow up with customers, and help keep workflow running smoothly.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required — full training is provided. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and comfort managing several tasks at once are all you need to get started. Familiarity with repair and maintenance basics is a plus, but not necessary.
