Roles: We are looking for enthusiastic writers to create original book content for a large entertainment website. This is a paid freelance, fully remote position. Full training and peer mentorship are provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Please note this is not a book review role. The majority of the work, roughly 80%, is recommendation and ranking lists, with the rest made up of book news and features. If your goal is to write critical reviews of individual titles, this role is not the right fit.
Your Responsibilities
• Write list and feature articles following the house style after the training and mentorship period.
• Cover current and upcoming book releases and book news.
• Stay on top of new releases across multiple genres.
• Brainstorm, pitch, and develop original content ideas.
• Communicate actively with the team.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Skills/background needed: A passion for books and entertainment, willingness to learn the house style, and the ability to work from home on a flexible schedule. No experience required.
