About the role
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers through live chat, answer their questions, guide them towards solutions, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling supported and confident.
You’ll work with a collaborative team, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating more complex cases when needed. Full training will be provided – no prior experience required.
What you’ll be doing
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer concerns
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training
• Genuine interest in helping customers and solving problems
• Clear written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and learning new tools
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace at home
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and meet response time targets
