What you will be doing: As a live chat support clerk, you’ll respond to customer inquiries in real-time through chat interfaces on company websites and various social media platforms. You’ll assist both current customers seeking help and prospective customers with sales-related questions.

Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that supports social media and website chat platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer). Strong ability to work autonomously. Capability to adhere closely to instructions and established procedures. Minimum of 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
