WE’RE ACTIVELY RECRUITING CHAT SUPPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
In this role, you’ll provide support to customers through live chat by addressing their inquiries and helping them troubleshoot technical difficulties. You’ll work within established protocols to manage customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Contract length: Open-ended with no specified term
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) capable of using website chat platforms and social media tools. Ability to work self-directed without constant supervision. Capacity to adhere closely to step-by-step guidelines. Minimum availability of 5+ hours weekly. Stable, high-speed internet connection required.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work entirely from home (United States candidates preferred).
