Role: Customs Documentation Writer

Summary
This role involves supporting customs clearance and documentation activities. You will review customs documents for accuracy, communicate with clients and government agencies, track clearances, and help maintain compliance with customs regulations. Full training will be provided – no prior experience is required.
What you’ll do
- Review and verify customs documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients and relevant agencies to resolve customs-related issues
- Monitor and track customs clearances
- Ensure proper documentation and timely payment of duties and taxes
- Research and maintain knowledge of current customs regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Support the development of customs compliance procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills/background needed
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn customs management systems
