We’re looking for an entry-level professional to join our customs and import documentation team. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy solving logistical challenges, and want to work with a supportive team that values accuracy and clear communication, this role could be a great fit.
You’ll support the full import process from start to finish, working with multiple customer accounts and helping manage shipments through every stage. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain practical experience in customs compliance, documentation, and real-time shipping coordination.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate cargo releases with carriers, customs authorities, and government agencies while keeping compliance in focus
Track incoming shipments, monitor arrival times, and help arrange cargo pick-up and transfers
Prepare import documentation, tariff classifications, and customs submissions
Process customs filings and help confirm release status with relevant authorities
Support tariff classifications for imported goods
Keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication by phone, email, and in person
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn customs brokerage and import documentation processes
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong follow-through and a customer-service approach
Clear communication skills and comfort working with customers and internal teams
