Roles: Entry-level Service Writer
We are looking for beginner-friendly Service Writers to join a supportive remote team. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided, and we welcome anyone with an interest in writing and customer service.
You will help prepare and maintain service records, communicate with customers in writing, and keep information organised using basic word processing and spreadsheet tools. A friendly, organised approach matters more than prior experience.
Skills/background needed:
Basic writing skills and a willingness to learn. Comfort with a computer and common office tools is helpful but not required. Training is provided for everything else.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
