Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should be comfortable using a computer, communicating clearly in writing and by phone, and handling basic math. Being organized and friendly with customers helps.
What you will do: Write up customer requests and repair orders, prepare quotes, process payments, keep records accurate, and follow up with customers on progress. You will also help customers find parts, answer questions, and keep shared information organized using common business software.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from anywhere and communicate with customers and teammates through email, phone, and team chat app.
