We are looking for an entry-level Specifications Writer to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will help define how physical infrastructure is built, maintained, and scaled. You will work with design, governance, and engineering teams to research material performance and craft clear, buildable specifications.
Responsibilities:
Draft master specifications. Align with structural and engineering teams. Maintain documentation and material standards. Collaborate with design and engineering colleagues to keep specifications accurate and up to date.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training provided. Comfortable using Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Willing to learn about material performance and documentation standards. Good written communication and attention to detail.
Work format:
