What you will be doing: Your role as a live chat support representative involves responding to customer inquiries through business websites and social media platforms. You’ll handle customer questions, share relevant product information, and communicate promotional offers.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date
Rate: $25 hourly
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a strong internet connection. Basic competency in written English communication is required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity where comprehensive training is included, so no previous chat support experience is necessary to succeed.
