We are seeking an experienced communications professional to lead executive communications for a growing, global organization. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a primary communications partner to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel and direct support across internal and external communications.
About the Role:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Building comprehensive engagement strategies for multiple stakeholder groups in collaboration with colleagues across media relations and internal communications teams
• Developing and implementing communications strategies for executive leaders to advance organizational vision
• Identifying and executing opportunities to build thought leadership platforms for executives, including preparing leaders for public speaking and media engagements
• Creating communications materials such as speeches, talking points, social media posts, internal communications, briefing documents, and blog posts
• Developing key narratives and messaging strategies that increase awareness and understanding of the organization’s mission and impact
• Proactively seeking earned media opportunities and speaking engagements to increase leadership visibility
• Managing relationships with reporters and media to drive coverage and secure interviews
What We’re Looking For:
You have several years of professional experience in communications, with proven success supporting senior-level executives. You are an experienced storyteller who can craft compelling written materials under tight deadlines, including speeches, op-eds, and blog posts. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can adapt your messaging for different audiences.
You are highly collaborative and thrive in international team environments. You can develop relationships across departments and with external communities to understand trends and surface insights. You are responsive, curious, and bring strong executive presence to all interactions. You anticipate tough questions and think strategically about messages that resonate.
You have experience navigating crisis communications and can prepare executives to respond to sensitive or rapidly evolving situations. You are comfortable engaging with senior leadership and can communicate complex concepts at multiple levels. You bring strong project management skills and can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
You have experience developing social media strategy customized for different platforms (including LinkedIn, TikTok, and others) and collaborating with social media teams. You are detail-oriented and maintain strong systems for managing projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
Skills/background needed: 10+ years of professional communications experience with several years supporting C-level executives; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; proven media relations and pitching experience; experience managing multiple projects and deadlines; strong attention to detail; comfort working with people whose first language is not English

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This role is fully remote and requires regular working hours aligned with the Eastern Time zone, with flexibility to work across time zones as needed to support global stakeholders.
