Financial Services Representative – Entry Level (Remote)

Job Summary

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals who enjoy working with people, educating others, and building strong professional relationships.

In this role, you will work with individuals and families to help them better understand financial topics such as budgeting, retirement planning, income protection, and long-term financial strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to apply their communication and relationship-building skills in a new industry. Backgrounds in education, human resources, sales, management, customer service, healthcare, coaching, recruiting, and other people-focused professions are welcome. No previous financial services experience is required—full training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group financial education meetings with individuals and families

• Explain financial concepts in a clear and understandable way

• Learn about clients’ financial goals and help them evaluate appropriate strategies

• Develop and maintain professional client relationships

• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service

• Participate in training and professional development

• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable industry and compliance requirements

Skills/background needed: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups, ability to explain information clearly, self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently. Backgrounds in education, human resources, recruiting, sales, management, healthcare, customer service, coaching, or other client-facing fields are a plus. Willingness to obtain required licensing. Authorized to work in the United States.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Ongoing independent contractor role.

Work format: Fully remote. Part-time or full-time. Flexible scheduling available.
