About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Grant Writer to join our team and help identify funding opportunities that support important programs and projects. You’ll work from home, conducting research, writing compelling grant proposals, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to secure funding.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone new to grant writing who is eager to learn and develop expertise in this field. Full training will be provided, and you’ll have the support you need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
- Research and identify grant funding sources that align with organizational goals
- Write and edit grant proposals, including objectives, methodologies, and evaluation plans
- Complete literature reviews and prepare comprehensive grant applications
- Coordinate grant activities with other departments and external agencies
- Manage timelines to ensure grant applications are submitted on schedule
- Prepare analytical reports on funding availability and potential opportunities
- Create educational materials about grant funding sources
- Monitor federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist other departments in identifying and obtaining grant funding
- Stay current with changes in grant requirements and funding mechanisms
- Contribute to team efforts and support organizational objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or related field
- Two years of work experience in grant writing, grant research, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience)
