About the role
You’ll work as part of a creative design team, creating visual content that communicates across multiple channels. Your work will include designing print materials (posters, flyers, brochures, signage), social media graphics, web content, and email campaigns. You’ll collaborate with writers, marketers, and other team members to bring ideas to life through compelling design.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world design projects while developing your professional skills in typography, layout, branding, and digital design. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced designers who will support your growth, and you’ll have the chance to contribute your own creative ideas to fast-paced campaigns.
What you’ll do
• Design visual assets across print, web, social media, and email channels
• Apply and maintain brand standards consistently across all projects
• Collaborate with colleagues to concept and execute creative campaigns
• Prepare files for printing and publishing, coordinating with vendors or internal teams
• Select photos, perform basic image editing, and manage digital assets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Two years of professional graphic design experience (including internships, freelance work, or comparable design work)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of digital design best practices for social media, web, and responsive design
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desirable experience
• Experience working with brand guidelines or for institutional clients
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems
• Experience with project management platforms
• Understanding of accessibility standards in digital design
• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation tools
