About the role
We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our intelligence analysis team. You’ll support the analysis, reporting, and documentation of intelligence information. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn to work with databases, analytical tools, and datasets to help answer key intelligence questions.
As an Intelligence Analyst, your day-to-day work will include:
• Drafting and preparing intelligence reports and analytical assessments
• Working with analytical tools and databases to interpret and synthesize information
• Conducting quality control checks on reports before distribution
• Collaborating with team members to recommend new analytical methods and approaches
• Coordinating with colleagues across different specialties to ensure comprehensive analysis
What we’re looking for
You don’t need prior intelligence experience to apply. We provide comprehensive training for all new team members. What matters most is that you have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as international relations, security studies, information technology, or a related discipline
What you’ll need to know
This is a 5-day-per-week on-site position. Shift work and weekend availability may occasionally be required during operational demands. You must be a citizen eligible to work in this location, and you’ll need to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
