About the role
We’re looking for an entry-level Intranet Content & Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage and develop our internal intranet platform, create engaging corporate content, and support colleagues across the organisation in building and maintaining their own content independently.
This is a hybrid position combining day-to-day communication management with platform development projects. You’ll work on shaping intranet structures, refining content, and improving the overall user experience for employees worldwide.
What you’ll be doing
Intranet Management & Development
You’ll help manage the ongoing maintenance and development of the intranet platform. This includes drafting information architectures, improving page structures and navigation, and enhancing the user interface to make the platform easier and more enjoyable to use. You’ll monitor platform performance and use analytics to continuously improve how content and the platform are working.
Content Creation & Editorial
You’ll research, develop, and create high-quality corporate content in defined topic areas. You’ll ensure all content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with company strategy. You’ll also help with content planning and ideation for the intranet platform.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
You’ll act as a support partner for international colleagues, guiding and supporting them in building, publishing, and maintaining their own intranet content while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Digital Tools & Analytics
You’ll use content management tools to improve internal digital visibility and employee trust. You’ll monitor and analyse intranet performance, and use those insights to optimise how content is presented and how the platform performs.
