Junior Communications Writer – Employee Engagement, Remote

Role Overview

We’re looking for an entry-level Communications Writer to create engaging content that helps connect teams and build a positive workplace culture. You’ll work with leaders across the organization to develop and share messages that matter to employees—whether through emails, newsletters, articles, videos, or presentations. This is a fully remote role where you’ll have the chance to develop your writing skills, learn about internal communications, and make a real impact on how teams stay informed and engaged.

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, engaging content for multiple channels including emails, newsletters, articles, and presentations
• Work with team leaders to understand communication goals and create messages that resonate with employees
• Help develop a content calendar to keep communications timely and relevant
• Contribute ideas to internal engagement campaigns and employee initiatives
• Gather feedback from employees to understand what communication works best
• Support the use of communication tools and platforms to improve how teams stay connected

Skills/background needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clearly for different audiences and situations
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with social media platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative and comfortable working with people across all levels of an organization
• No prior experience required—full training will be provided
