About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our marketing team. You’ll support product launches, create marketing materials, and help tell the story of our products to consumers.
This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and a knack for clear, compelling writing. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
• Write clear, engaging product briefs and marketing materials that translate product benefits into language consumers understand
• Support the planning and tracking of product launches, working with different teams across the business
• Help develop marketing documents including timelines, pitch decks, and content calendars
• Conduct research on competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities
• Assist with post-launch reviews and feedback gathering from retailers and consumers
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, creative, sales, and operations teams
• Help maintain project tracking and ensure all stakeholders are informed at each stage
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic project tracking experience (or willingness to learn)
• Curiosity about consumer behaviour and the beauty industry
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
