About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented writer to support our business operations team. You’ll develop high-quality documentation, process guides, business reports, and client-facing materials. Working closely with product, operations, and compliance teams, you’ll transform complex information into clear, concise content that helps our organization run smoothly.
This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong writing and organizational skills who enjoys problem-solving and working across different departments.
What you will be doing:
• Develop and organize responses to business requests and procurement documents
• Create and maintain operational and business documentation
• Work with subject matter experts across teams to gather and organize content
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand
• Research and document business requirements and operational procedures
• Collaborate with teams to develop business communications and presentations
• Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making
• Suggest improvements to documentation processes and best practices
• Participate in training and professional development activities
What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience in business operations, technical writing, proposal development, business analysis, or documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing business proposals, operational documentation, or similar materials
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize complex information
• Experience working in cross-functional team environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with documentation best practices and version control
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience supporting government programs or regulated industries
• Knowledge of government procurement processes
• Experience with proposal management platforms or knowledge management systems
• Professional certification in proposal management or technical writing
