We are seeking an entry-level content writer to create high-performing video advertisements for social media platforms. You will develop creative concepts, write scripts, appear on camera, and refine your work based on performance data.
This role focuses on direct-response advertising—creating ads designed to generate leads and drive measurable business results. Creative decisions are guided by data and customer insights, not aesthetics alone.
What You’ll Do
You will own the full creative process, from initial concept through final delivery:
Research & Strategy
Learn about our target audience through customer research and competitive analysis. Identify customer pain points, motivations, and messaging opportunities. Study what works in existing ads across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Build a collection of winning hooks, angles, and formats you can reference and reuse.
Creative Production
Develop 5–10 new ad concepts per week. Write attention-grabbing hooks and complete video scripts for 30–60 second advertisements. Create talking-head, walk-and-talk, demonstration, and problem-solution style videos. You will appear on camera in these ads. Edit short-form videos for social platforms. Focus on turning successful concepts into variations rather than always starting from scratch.
Performance & Optimization
Review how your ads perform weekly or biweekly. Learn to interpret metrics including view rates, click-through rates, cost per lead, and customer acquisition cost. Identify which hooks and angles are working. Develop new creative tests based on performance data. Document your findings so patterns become clear over time.
Skills/background needed: Interest in paid social advertising and direct-response creative. Basic writing and video editing skills (or willingness to learn). Comfort appearing on camera. Ability to work independently and follow data-driven direction. Strong attention to detail and organized documentation habits. Full training provided.
