About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level writer to build and manage email campaigns from the ground up. You’ll own the complete email programme—from strategy and copywriting through to testing and results—helping turn customer communication into measurable business outcomes. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home and collaborate with a lean, fast-moving marketing team.
What you’ll do:
• Write direct-response email copy, subject lines, and landing page content tailored to different audience segments
• Build and optimize multi-stage email sequences and nurture flows using a marketing automation platform
• Map and improve the customer journey to increase engagement and pipeline growth
• Set up and run A/B tests on emails, measuring results against key performance metrics
• Monitor email deliverability, list health, and sender reputation
• Collaborate with sales, content, and events teams to align messaging and timing
Skills/background needed:
• A portfolio or writing samples showing direct-response B2B email copy you have written (even internal projects or volunteer work counts)
• Experience building and running email marketing campaigns, ideally with hands-on use of a marketing automation platform like HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of email deliverability basics: authentication, list segmentation, sender reputation, and compliance
• Comfort with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Strong written English and ability to work during standard US business hours
• Full training will be provided—prior agency or SaaS experience is a bonus but not required
Nice to have:
• Experience with LinkedIn automation or SMS messaging
• Familiarity with AI tools in your daily workflow
• Background in marketing high-consideration, long-sales-cycle services
