Junior Content Writer – Events & Marketing, Entry Level

About the role

We’re looking for an entry-level content writer to help build and manage our marketing and events calendar. You’ll work on designing campaigns, creating content, managing our online presence, and helping to deliver events that draw large audiences. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn every part of marketing operations, from strategy to execution.

What you’ll work on

Marketing and audience growth. You’ll help develop the marketing plan, create and manage content calendars, manage our online profiles, and learn how to measure what’s working.

Event support and partnerships. You’ll assist in planning and promoting events, help coordinate community partnerships, and learn event strategy from the ground up.

Sponsorship and commercial support. You’ll help map out sponsorship opportunities, assist with managing partnership relationships, and learn how sponsorships work in practice.

Working with contractors. You’ll learn to brief and coordinate with content, design, and media contractors, and understand how to manage quality and timelines.

Brand and performance tracking. You’ll help maintain brand standards, monitor our online reputation, and learn to track and report on key performance metrics.

What we’re looking for

Professional fluency in Spanish and English (read, write, speak) is essential—you’ll be creating content in both languages daily, with a Spanish-first approach.

A genuine interest in marketing, events, or content operations. We don’t expect you to have years of experience; we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into this role.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Comfort with being measured on results and tracked through weekly performance reviews.

What we’ll provide

Full training and onboarding in all aspects of marketing operations and event management. You’ll learn from day one, with clear milestones and support throughout.

Hands-on experience building real marketing systems and running actual events.

A collaborative team environment and mentorship as you develop your skills.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-time, permanent

Location: Local on-site position. This is an in-office role Monday through Thursday, plus regular work on weekends for event coverage and market days. You’ll be at the workplace regularly and present at all signature events.
