About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic junior content writer and graphic designer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across social media, email, websites, and promotional materials. This is a full-time position where you’ll get hands-on experience in both creative design and digital marketing—perfect if you’re eager to build a career in sports marketing.
What You’ll Do
Graphic Design: Create social media graphics, event promotional materials, website banners, and email assets. You’ll develop and maintain branded templates that work across different divisions while keeping each brand’s unique visual identity intact. You’ll collaborate with team leaders and the wider marketing team to support growth through creative projects.
Marketing & Content: Manage daily social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement. You’ll create email marketing content and strategies to drive registrations. You’ll help manage websites by writing copy, creating landing pages, and making basic updates. You’ll also build marketing calendars across social, email, and web platforms based on events and programming needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members including brand leaders, event directors, and the wider marketing team, as well as external partners and sponsors.
Skills/background needed: You’ll ideally have 1–3 years of design or marketing experience (including internships or freelance work). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required; experience with Canva or other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus. You should have a strong understanding of social media, email marketing, website management, and basic analytics. You’re organized, a good communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in sports is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you on everything else.
