About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our profile-raising efforts by helping execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels. This role is hands-on and collaborative, with responsibilities spanning marketing materials, digital content, social media administration, and website maintenance.
You’ll work with AI-powered tools to support content drafting, editing, and ideation while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support as you grow into the role.
What You’ll Do
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and presentations
• Draft, schedule, and publish social media content
• Track deadlines, manage marketing calendars, and maintain organized project documentation
• Support content creation and editing using AI tools responsibly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work
Skills/background needed: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a commitment to delivering quality work. Experience with Canva, WordPress, social media platforms, or basic analytics is helpful but not required. Familiarity with video editing or design tools is a bonus.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Sound judgment and professional discretion when working with colleagues and stakeholders.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.
Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on-site. Open to applicants worldwide.
